WRITING TASK 2
You should spend about 40 minutes on this task.
Present a written argument or case to an educated reader with no specialist knowledge of the following topic.
Should wealthy nations be required to share their wealth among poorer nations by providing such things as food and education? Or is it the
responsibility of the governments of poorer nations to look after their citizens themselves?
You should write at least 250 words.
Use your own ideas, knowledge and experience and support your arguments with examples and with relevant evidence.
Everything in life always balanced. Where there is big, there is small. Where there is old, there is young. It is also happen to wealth people and poorer people. Almost in all country, there are poorer people. They have become poor with many kind of reason. Wealthy nations should have responsibility to take care of them. Every wealthy nation has many things that the poorer do not have. They should share what they have. For the first time, maybe it is not easy but they must to try. All of them have their things because they work hard so they feel little bit stingy to share what they have.
Not all of the poorer people are lazy people. Many of them also try to work hard to make their life better. They try to do anything to make money. They do not feel shame of what they do even it is not good in wealthy nation’s eyes, but they want to do that because they need money to live. Wealthy nations need to share something with them. They need to provide such things as food and education. Both of these things are the most important things for poorer. Wealthy nation need to care about their education because if they have a high education, they can find their way to make money by themselves. Food is the main things in life. People need to eat everyday so they need to share food also to the poorer.
Some people think that this kind of activities is the government responsibility. Government has responsibility to look after their citizens, but they can do this by themselves. Government has many duties for the country and the citizens. As wealthy nations, we need to help the government in doing their duties. In this case, we need to help government in taking care of the poorer. Government has their own program to look after the poorer. They try to make the poorer can live better. As wealthy nations, we can help this duty. We can provide something for one or two poor people that we meet. It is already help the government.
The government has a responsibility to take care about the poorer, but wealthy nations should care to the poorer too. Wealthy nations have many things in their life and have a better life than the poorer, so they need to share.
