You should spend about 40 minutes on this task.
Present a written argument or case to an educated reader with no specialist knowledge of the following topic.
"Prevention is better than cure."
Out of a country's health budget, a large proportion should be diverted from treatment to spending on health education and preventative measures.
To what extent do you agree or disagree with this statement?
You should write at least 250 words.
You should use your own ideas, knowledge and experience and support your arguments with examples and relevant evidence.
People need to keep their body health. In a health body, there will be a health mind. People can do many things when they are health. Sick is a terrible condition, because we cannot do many things alone. We need others to help us. Sometimes we need to stay at the hospital and follow many instructions from the doctors.
All people can sick. People need to prepare a budget for cure their sickness. They need to spare some money to prepare this condition. If people have a work, maybe they are easy to keep some of their money to face this situation. It is a hard thing to do for the poorer. Usually, our country prepares a budget for this situation. They try to spare some money for country health’s budget, so the government can help their citizens who do not have money when they are sick.
In spite of spare money for country health’s budget, the government needs to give a large proportion for spending on health education and prevention measures. They need to tell their citizens about health education especially for the poorer. People who live in town have knowledge more than people than live in the village, because they are easy to get news. The rich people have more knowledge than the poorer.
When people in a town get sick, they already know how to do. The poorer has different situation when they are sick. The poorer will let their sick be cure by their self because they do not have any money to go to the doctor. This situation can be worse and the poorer can be dying.
The government has a big responsibility in here. They need to tell them how to do even they do not have any money. They also need to pay for them when the poorer need to go to the doctor. Health education will make people know how to do in the first time when they are sick.
When many people have much knowledge in health, they can prevent the worse things in their life. They can try to be a health person, because they know how to do that.
